DMCA
We respect copyright law and do our best to handle infringement complaints properly. If you send us a valid DMCA takedown notice, we’ll act quickly to remove or block access to the reported material. To be fair to all parties involved, we may send a copy of your complaint — including your name and contact information — to the person who posted the content. This helps open the door to resolving the issue directly, when possible. If you think we made a mistake by removing or disabling your content, don’t worry — you have the right to respond. Just submit a counter-notification with all of the following information: What content was removed, and where it appeared before it was taken down. Your name, address, phone number, and email. A statement, under penalty of perjury, explaining that you genuinely believe the removal was a mistake or a result of misidentification. A statement saying you agree to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court in your area (or if you live outside the U.S., any district where we’re located), and that you’ll accept legal papers from the original complainant. Your signature — typed or handwritten is fine. Once we receive a complete and valid counter-notice, and if the original copyright holder doesn’t take legal action, we may restore the content in line with DMCA rules.
